Here are some basic rules of our website

- We do not offer cancelations or refunds of pre-orders of any kind including store exclusives.

- We suggest for fastest delivery make sure to split your order of in stock items from pre-order items.

If you have a book that came out this week and a pre-order of a book that doesn't come out for a month, your order will not ship till both books are in stock. If you do not wish to wait for both books to come in before shipping make sure to place separate orders for those separate categories. 

- We do not cancel or refund orders for your mistakes. 

We want to ensure that everyone has as positive experience as possible, but make sure you check your cart before completing your purchase. Just because you did not take the time to double check your cart does entitle you to a cancelation or refund. Refunds cost us money, and cancelations of pre-orders can as well. We order these books in good faith, and by canceling it leaves us with product we are now responsible for. Cancelation fees and restocking fees can and will be applied. If we have an exclusive that is really popular and you choose to fast click and results in an order your did not intend, this is your responsibility. 

- We can not guarantee 9.8s on any book that is not graded. 

We do our very best to limit our exclusive runs in efforts to cherry pick the very best copies possible, but we do not guarantee any grades higher then a 9.2. If you have ordered from us in the past you know that we do our very best to ensure the best quality as frequently as possible, but can not guarantee it on every order. A less then perfect copy does not qualify for a return or refund. 

- We do not guarantee shipping times. 

We work around the clock to ensure as fast shipping as possible, our goal is within a few days of release. Shipping can be delayed for many reasons, including simple influx of orders out of the ordinary, damaged books, etc. If you feel you have waited more then a reasonable amount of time for your books to ship, feel free to email us at sales@blackcapecomics.com and we will be happy to help.
